Why did you join aKDPhi? I wanted to continue to push myself after my first year in college. I was already beginning to establish myself on campus through the organizations I already was a part of, but I thought I needed something more. I knew that aKDPhi would challenge me, take me out of my comfort zone, and help me to accomplish my academic, career, and personal goals. At the same time, I would be surrounded by empowering womxn that would inspire me to grow as an individual and as a sxster.
How has your time in aKDPhi helped/improved/challenged you? aKDPhi challenged me to balance my academics, social life, as well as extracurriculars. Though, it has helped me to grow as an individual through the gradual growth of my self-confidence or my professional skills.
