What are some hobbies/interests you have?: Practicing Calligraphy, Painting, Swimming (only when weather's nice), Binge-watching reality TV shows (Love Island UK!!)

 

What I Aspire: After I graduate from UW Madison, I hope to attend graduate school and become a child psychology in the future. I love to work with children and I hope to be a loving and trustworthy figure in these children's lives.

Favorite Food/Restaurant: Any Asian Cuisine honestly! Korean is my favorite though

Why did you join aKDPhi?

I met some sisters last year at the org fair, and right then, I could sense their easygoingness and eagerness to talk to me which made me feel very welcomed. During the rush events, I have encountered so many incredibly empowering and inspiring womxn. Hearing the sisters' past stories motivated me to continue building confidence and advocate for underrepresented Asian womxn on campus.

How has your time in aKDPhi helped/improved/challenged you?

I have discovered a lot about my strengths and weaknesses throughout my time in aKDPhi. It helped me improve my time management, communication, and professional skills. I also made genuine connections and lifelong memories with the sisters! I am excited for the growth and friendships I'll experience in aKDPhi in the future!
